Shoes must be returned in original shoebox inside a shipping box. Please do not staple or tape shoebox, or use shoebox as a shipping box. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable. Merchandise postmarked more than 30 days after delivery will be returned to sender at sender's expense. Please ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, and allow up to two weeks for processing -- we will send you an email notification when we issue your refund!
