you'll find answers to our most frequently asked guarantee, shipping
and ordering questions.
- How soon
will my order come?
You can expect
to receive your US order within 4 - 8 business days of placing it;
please allow up to 15 business days for international orders.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or
holidays. If you need your shoes sooner than our 4 - 8 business
day shipping window, please choose one of our express options.
- Can I get Rush
Shipping?
Two
Business Day Air shipping is available for same day shipping for
US orders placed via the Internet by 7am Eastern time, Monday
through Friday. Orders placed after that time will ship the next
business day. Express orders cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska,
Puerto Rico, or PO Boxes. Please note that we cannot provide Rush
Shipping on orders of more than 3 pairs; orders over 3 pair will
be shipped and charged via standard 4 - 8 business day shipping.
We are not able to offer international rush shipping at this time.
- What are your
shipping fees?
Standard US
shipping is $7.95 for the first item; add $2.50 for each
additional item. Two Business Day Air shipping is $20 for the
first item; add $3 for each additional item.
Standard international shipping is $20 for the first item; add $6
for each additional item (please
note that international shipping fees apply to postage only; you
are responsible for any customs fees collected by your government.)
- What
if they don't fit, or I just don't like them?
Just
return your shoes unworn, postmarked within 30 days of delivery
for a full return or exchange. Please note that shipping fees
are not refundable. You will receive a Return
Procedures form with your order; just fill it out and return it to
the address on the form. Be sure to try your shoes on carpet while
wearing hosiery, as shoes with any markings on the sole or with
"toe marks" cannot be returned. Please note that claims for
defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of delivery.

Is there a
restocking fee?
There is
never a "restocking fee" for items returned within the guarantee
limits. Please note that shoes must be returned unworn in
original boxes, and shoe boxes must not be taped and used as
shipping boxes.
- Do you
carry half sizes? Are your shoes true to size?
All of our
shoes and boots are available in both full and half sizes, as
indicated on each product page. For instance, a size selection of
"6 - 10, 11" means that full and half sizes are available from
size 6 through size 9 1/2 -- sizes 10, 11 and 12 are not available
in half sizes. Our shoes run true to size; just order the size
that you normally wear in a dress pump. If you fall between
sizes, it's best to opt for the larger size!
