and ordering questions.
- How soon
will my order come?
All US orders
ship within 24 business hours,
and you can expect
to receive your US order within 3 - 7 business days of placing it.
Please allow up to 15 business days for international orders.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or
holidays. If you need your shoes sooner than our 3 - 7 business
day shipping window, please choose our 2nd Business Day express option.
- Can I get Rush
Shipping?
Two
Business Day Air and Three Business Day Select shipping are available for same day shipping for
US orders placed via the Internet by 7am Eastern time, Monday
through Friday. Orders placed after that time will ship the next
business day. Express orders cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska,
Puerto Rico, FPO, APO or PO Boxes.
We are not able to offer international rush shipping at this time.
- What are your
shipping fees?
Standard US
shipping is
$4.95 for the first item; add $1.50 for each additional item.
3 Business Day Select shipping is $9.95 for the first item; add $2
for each additional item. 2 Business Day Air shipping is
$19.95 for the
first item; add $3 for each additional item. 3 Business Day
Select and 2 Business Day Air orders must be placed by 7am
Eastern time for same day shipping; orders placed after that
time will ship the next business day.
If your package is returned to us by UPS as
Refused or Undeliverable, a $12 return-ship fee will be deducted from your
refund.
Standard international shipping is $21.95 for the first item; add $6
for each additional item. Please note that shipping charges
for international orders will be corrected to reflect our
standard international fees if you incorrectly select a US
shipping method. (Please
note that international shipping fees apply to postage only; you
are responsible for any customs fees collected by your government.)
- What
if they don't fit, or I just don't like them?
Just

return your shoes unworn, postmarked within 30 days of delivery
for a full return or exchange. We are able to process refunds
only to the credit card used for your initial purchase. We offer free shipping for
exchanges of US orders; international exchanges are shipped at a
reduced fee of $10 (charged to the credit card used for your
initial purchase.) Please note that shipping fees
are not refundable. Be sure to try your shoes on carpet while
wearing hosiery, as shoes with any markings on the sole or with
"toe marks" cannot be returned. Please note that claims for
defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Shoes postmarked for return more than 30 days after delivery are
not eligible for refund.
Please be kind to our environment and use the same shipping box we
send you as your return shipping box!

Is there a
restocking fee?
There is never a "restocking fee" for items returned within
our 30 day guarantee limit. Items returned beyond guarantee
limit are refunded or returned at our discretion, and if refunded,
subject to 20% fee. Please note that shoes must be returned
unworn in original boxes, and shoe boxes must not be taped
and used as shipping boxes. A 10% fee applies to returns
sent without shipping box.
- Do you
carry half sizes? Are your shoes true to size?
All of our
shoes and boots are available in both full and half sizes, as
indicated on each product page. For instance, a size selection of
"6 - 10, 11" means that full and half sizes are available from
size 6 through size 9 1/2 -- sizes 10, 11 and 12 are not available
in half sizes. Our shoes run true to size; just order the size
that you normally wear in a dress pump. If you fall between
sizes, it's best to opt for the larger size!
